  I went to liberty tax #11784 at 226 W. Michigan Ave. Ypsilanti, MI. I went to get my taxes done and was screwed. The incompetent employee Jodie Forester spelled my name wrong and for 5 hours in sat in that office while they told me it will 20 minutes to correct and print a new check. After leaving twice because the wait was unbearable I get a call saying your info needs to be faxed again but I can't do it and you will have to wait until tomorrow. A Sunday! Are employees not taught how to fax? I paid 519 dollars to have my taxes prepared only to have it screwed up! I was also told well the IRS will reject it then we can fix and resubmit. What about the 100% accuracy guarantee? I have been given the run around all day by employees that shouldn't even work at a gas station let alone handle peoples personal info and money. Oh BTW, I called corporate and was told someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hours. Most horrible experience ever, but the manager said if I come back next year, she will give me 30% off my fees. Like I would really give someone a second chance to screw me. What a joke!!!
